Scrame

Did some progress on the last piece of work, post pics later. Doing shorter bunches just to recover a bit from the last thing.

Well, I’m probably not going to get too far today in trying to write extra clips or scenes for the ol script frenzy, but I did manage to catch up on all the missing posts for this week. Its been a hell of a week too. I had a friend staying in for about 5-6 days right at the start of the month (i’ve at least caught script frenzy up to that point, maybe a little further), I also had my damn debit card number stolen so I was just scrambling to make sure that the ol rent check didn’t bounce. Which sucks, btw. Everything else manage to pull through, but now I am up in seattle for a triple birthday party. Skipping the hometown visit, too time consuming and psychologically draining.

Anyway, somewhere in the middle of all this, I did a minor update to that other drawing I was working on, so I figured I’d just post it here, while I am eating up the last few minutes of todays work (hey these posts take their own amount of time, and sometimes I just don’t want to get too focused on the meta.

Anyway, here it is, not too much progress, I think this is from some time over the weekend, but I can’t really remember when.

[update. up to page 26 on script frenzy, should be at about 33 today, but when I started today I was at 19. Told you it was easier.]

I drew a stupid picture. I’m currently in Seattle, and didn’t get in until pretty late, so I just doodled this thing in red pen on pink paper, and put a little flower on top. Yeah, its pretty lame, but nowhere in the boundaries of this thing was there ever a requirement of quality.

Since I don’t want to futz with svn and the rest of the shit i use at home on my friends beat to shit old PC, im just gonna use imgur for now. Here it is:

Today is the start of script frenzy, and I’m not sure if its gonna happen. I have a friend in town for the weekend and am planning to be away next weekend, so who the hell knows what will work.

Finished the piece. Working on scans, etc.

Anyway, its done. Now I need to find something else to occupy 30 minutes a day for the next three and a half weeks.

I’m open to suggestions.

Anyway, here is a compressed jpg of the final piece. The dark line down the center is an artifact of scanning, the actual piece has no such line. Word.
